Our values says a lot about Serve ICT we are simple: We love South Central Kansas. We want to be known not for just doing the best work, but for making this area of Kansas we call home the best it can be. We hire the right people, we pay and treat them well, and we give back to our community until it hurts. Since day one of starting our business, even before we were profitable, we have had a giveback pledge to our city. We have given many free services to those in need as well as directly contributing scholarships to Holland Pathways Recovery, helping those who need help the most. Service with a Purpose! It’s more than a slogan.
We value doing things right. In an industry where anyone who can pass a test and drive a truck can say they are experts, we have proven and experienced practice, but don’t just take our word for it, read our reviews.
People above profits. While all businesses ultimately have to make the bottom line work, there is nothing more valuable than your reputation. Without it, we have nothing. The right thing is the right thing, regardless of what it cost.
